For sales teams

Your ad click wants a call now.

Someone tapped your ad, landed on your page, and wants to talk. A form makes them wait. TalkHook puts a call-me-back button on that page and texts your reps right away. The first rep to tap gets the lead and calls from their own phone. Everyone else is told who has it.

0:00 Sam asks

Dana, Eli and Fran get

Sam wants a call right now, from yoursite.com. Tap to take it and call Your team got this too. The first to tap gets it.
0:40 Eli taps

Eli's phone

Calling Sam…

Sam got, at 0:00

Hi Sam, it's Northgate. We're calling you right now.
0:43 the others

Dana and Fran get

Eli took the call for Sam. Nothing for you to do.

If Dana taps anyway

Eli has this one.
3:00 nobody tapped?

Everyone gets

Still waiting. Sam asked for a call 3 minutes ago, and nobody has taken it.

At 12:00, Sam gets

Your booking link, or a request to reply with a good time.

How you run it

You decide who hears first.

Pick it once on your setup page. Change it whenever your team changes.

Everyone at once

Every rep on shift gets the text at the same moment. Whoever taps first takes the call.

Main number first

Your main number gets the lead alone. If nobody taps within 3 minutes, the rest of the team gets it too.

Shifts

Give each person their days and hours. Leads go to whoever is on. While nobody is, your website offers a call back for when someone is, never a call nobody can take.

No double calls

For the first 12 minutes the texts carry a tap link, not the visitor's number, so the first tap decides who calls. Anyone who taps late sees who has it.

Their own phones, or your business line

Reps call from their own phones. If your team texts and calls from a business line in an app, tapping the text shows the number to copy into that app, so the lead sees your business number. No new app, nothing to log in to.

Your ads get the credit

Every request sends a th_submit event to your Google Tag Manager, with the page, the UTM tags and the ad click ID.

Three people included

You plus two more, per website. Add more for $10 a month each, up to 10. US and Canadian numbers: cells, or business lines that get texts.

Nobody drops out quietly

If someone on your team texts STOP, we tell you right away. If nobody can get our texts at all, each request comes to you by email.

Same reminders

If nobody taps, everyone gets a nudge at 3 and 7 minutes. At 12, the visitor gets your booking link.

Questions

What sales managers ask.

Does it dial for us?

No. Your rep taps the link in the text and calls the lead, from their own phone or your business app. The lead sees a real person calling, not a robot or a call center.

What if two reps tap at the same moment?

One gets it. Taps are decided on our side, one at a time, so only one rep gets the call. The other rep sees who has it.

Can we change the team later?

Yes. Add or remove people, change their hours or switch modes from your setup link. The next lead uses the new list.

Which plan has team alerts?

Team alerts come with Pro ($69 a month), with three people included. Add more for $10 a month each, up to 10. Standard and Agency text one number per website.

What if someone on the team texts STOP?

Texting rules say we can't text them after that, so we tell you right away. They can text START to get leads again, or you can take them off your team from your setup link. If nobody on your team can get texts at all, each request comes to you by email, so no lead is lost.

One line of code. Your reps get the next lead before it has time to cool off.
